Wynkoop Consulting Take the survey

Work from home.Cowork in Lincoln City?

I'm Michael Wynkoop, a local software developer with Wynkoop Consulting. I'm exploring a coworking space in Lincoln City, Oregon: somewhere to do focused work, meet other professionals and get out of the home office. Before taking it further, I'd like to hear whether you would use it.

This is an idea we're researching. No location, opening date, hours or membership prices have been set. This survey is not a booking or a commitment to join.

The idea, so far

Room to get work done
A shared office with comfortable desks, reliable internet and somewhere to take a call. Use it occasionally or through a membership.
A local work community
Meet other remote workers, freelancers and business owners through coworking days, networking events and workshops.
Coffee without the café scramble
A small coffee bar and space to talk, separate from the quieter work area. The details would follow what people need.

Would this fit your workday?

A few quick questions, with optional details below. About two minutes. Honest “no” answers are useful too. Please respond once, even if you see this survey on both of our sites.

No payment. No membership commitment. How we use your answers.

A home-office alternative on the Oregon Coast.

The question isn't whether a shared office sounds nice. It's whether enough people around Lincoln City would use one regularly, at a price that makes sense for their work.

That's why this survey asks about realistic visits, monthly budgets and the difference between wanting a desk and wanting networking events. A remote employee taking calls may need something different from a business owner doing paperwork or a freelancer meeting a client.

I'm interested in hearing from year-round residents as well as people who live here part-time, commute into the area or work while visiting the Oregon Coast. Lincoln City, Otis, Gleneden Beach, Depoe Bay and neighboring communities may all have different needs. Your answers will help decide whether a small paid pilot is worth organizing.

Where would the Lincoln City workspace be?

No property has been selected. This is an interest survey before any location or lease decision. You can suggest a part of town or access needs in the optional notes.

Would this be only for software developers?

No. The proposed coworking community would be open to remote employees, freelancers, local business owners and other people who need a place to work. Being a Wynkoop Consulting client would not be a requirement.

What memberships and hours would be available?

They haven't been decided. Flexible memberships, occasional day passes and regular open hours are being considered. The survey asks how often you would visit and what times and budget would work.

What happens after I answer?

We'll use the responses to evaluate local demand. You can leave contact details for coworking updates or a possible paid pilot, but both are optional. Nothing is booked, and no payment is collected.

How we use your answers

Responses are stored privately, are not publicly readable, and are used by the project team to evaluate local demand. Name and email are optional. We use your email only for the coworking follow-up you select, not a general marketing signup.

This page uses the site's analytics. We also save the source website and campaign tags, when present, to understand where responses come from. Questions about your response or a request to remove it can be sent to michael@wynkoopconsulting.com.
