For restaurants on the Oregon Coast

You didn't open a restaurant to manage software.

So let us be your IT department. My team and I look after every piece of technology in your restaurant for one flat monthly fee — the POS, online ordering, your website, the Google listing, the Wi-Fi, the delivery apps, and every vendor phone call. One number to call when something's wrong.

Love your Square setup? Keep it. We're not here to sell you a new system — we look after the one you've already got.

The daily reality

Sound familiar?

You can hand all of that to someone else.

How it works

Three steps, and the first one's free.

STEP 1Free

We figure out what you have.

I come by for an hour and we go through every system, login, and monthly charge together. You get a plain-English write-up afterward: what you're paying for, what it does, where things overlap. It's yours to keep either way.

STEP 2

We tidy things up.

Overlapping subscriptions get cancelled. Things that should talk to each other get connected. Your Google listing, hours, menu and photos get set right. Most restaurants come out of this paying less than they were before.

STEP 3

Then you get to stop thinking about it.

My team and I look after the accounts, field the vendor calls, keep things updated, and fix what breaks. When you need something, you text me. That's the whole process on your end.

What's included

If it plugs in or logs in, we'll look after it.

Whatever you're already running, we work with it. This is the list of what comes off your plate — not a list of things we'd replace.

Pricing

Priced to fit your kitchen, not somebody else's.

A coffee shop with a card reader and a website shouldn't pay what a busy full-service dining room pays. Every restaurant gets the same care — the price just follows the size of what you're running.

Café & counter

Bakeries, coffee shops, carts

A POS, a website, and not a whole lot else to keep track of.

$500 /mo

Most common

Full-service restaurant

One dining room running a POS, online ordering, the delivery apps, reservations and a website that needs to stay current.

$850 /mo

Busy or multi-location

High volume & groups

Big seasonal swings, catering and events, or more than one spot that has to stay in sync.

$1,200 /mo

Every tier includes everything on the list above. There's no version of this where we look after some of your technology and leave you holding the rest — that would defeat the whole point. And your vendor bills stay in your name and get paid by you directly. We don't resell software or add anything on top, so you can trust the advice you get.

How we work

We'd rather tell you that than sell you something.

We don't take commissions, referral fees, or kickbacks from Toast, Square, DoorDash, or anyone else. Our fee is the same whether you buy something new or cancel three things you already have. Sometimes the honest recommendation is that your setup is fine and you should spend the money on a new fryer instead.

Questions

The things people usually ask.

Do I have to switch my POS?

Almost never. Most of the time what you have works fine, and switching is an expensive distraction during a busy season. If it truly isn't serving you, we'll walk you through why — but starting over is rarely the answer.

Am I locked into a contract?

We start with a six-month commitment so we have time to get everything sorted and prove it's working. After that it's month to month — no long-term lock-in.

What happens if something breaks during service?

You text me — my actual phone, not a ticket number. Most things get sorted remotely in a few minutes. When they can't be, my team or I will drive out.

What if you're away or tied up?

There's more than one of us, so there's always somebody reachable — including in the middle of your busiest weekend. You'll still have the same main point of contact who knows your setup, but you're never waiting on one person's schedule.

Do you actually come to the restaurant?

Yes. We're here on the coast, not in a call center three time zones away. Some things just can't be fixed over the phone, and hardware is most of them.

How many restaurants do you work with?

A small number, on purpose. This only really works if we know your setup as well as you know your kitchen, and that's not something that scales to hundreds of accounts.

What if I only need help with one thing?

Then just say so in the form below. Not every restaurant needs the full arrangement, and we'd rather do one project well than talk you into something you don't need.

Book your free check-up

One hour. No cost, and no pitch.

Tell us a bit about your restaurant and we'll get back to you within a business day to find an hour that doesn't land in the middle of service.

What you send comes straight to us and goes nowhere else. No mailing lists, and nothing you'll need to unsubscribe from later.
