Do you work with museums or with fabricators?
Both. Museums hire us directly for a single interactive or a full gallery. Exhibit design firms, fabricators, and AV integrators bring us in as the software partner and keep the client relationship.
Can you take over an exhibit someone else built?
Yes, and it comes up often. The original developer moved on, the agency closed, or nobody was ever given the source code. We adopt existing exhibits, get them stable and documented, and put them under a maintenance agreement.
Can our staff update the content?
Where it makes sense, yes. Text, images, questions, and audio can be put in a simple editor your team controls. We'll agree up front on which parts need to change and which don't, so the system doesn't become its own maintenance job.
How early should we bring you in?
The earlier the better, because it saves money. Once the case is fabricated, the screen size, mounting angle, and reach range are already decided, and those shape what the software can do. That said, we've joined projects mid-build many times.
Our funding isn't secured yet. Is it too early to call?
No. That's the normal shape of this work. We're glad to help with a grant proposal or budget narrative before there's money to spend, and we'll hold scope and pricing while funding comes together.
